ⓘ Please note: Prepaid shipping labels will be provided for all returns during this time. Unless you are returning an incorrect item or defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions and exclusions.
All returned items must be in UNOPENED, UNINSTALLED, UNUSED, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED condition, exactly as you received them. If returned items arrive showing any signs of installation or use, attempted installation, "test fitting", scratches, missing decals, etc., these items will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
Items returned missing the original packaging, having open/damaged packaging or otherwise altered packaging are subject to refusal, a partial refund or reduced credit at our discretion. Returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging are also subject to refusal, a partial refund or reduced credit at our discretion.

Some items can’t be returned, as listed in the 'Non-returnable Items' section below.
Do not send back any items that were not approved for return. You won’t receive a refund for unauthorized returns.
Orders returned to us because they were refused at the time of delivery, rather than following our standard return process, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Retrogression monitors returns and customer history to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns depending on circumstance.
When requesting a return, you have the option of choosing a refund or store credit, which will be issued once your return is received, inspected and processed.
We are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or completely different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds will go back to the original payment method used when the order was placed. Depending on your payment method, it may take several days for a refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement once we process your return.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card code, which will be emailed to you when your return is complete.
If you placed your order using Shop Pay Installments, any interest paid will not be refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing and isn't refundable. More info about that can be found here.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Unless you received an incorrect item or defective item, return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Please be advised that when returning an entire order that qualified for free shipping, our shipping expense and any applicable insurance premiums will be deducted from your final refund or credit. Our free shipping policy applies only to completed purchases that are not returned.
It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items immediately after receiving them, before installation or use.
Incorrect items:
If we shipped you an incorrect item, please provide details and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. A refund will be processed when we receive your return.

Defective items:
If you received something that you believe has a manufacturing defect, we will ask that you provide information and detailed photos of the issue. If you are required to return the item, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you, and you will be refunded once we receive and inspect your return.
Please note: if we receive your item and determine is is not defective, the cost of the return shipping label and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item in question is determined to be not defective and was installed or used, you will not be refunded and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
Damaged items:
If you received an item was damaged during shipping, please contact us instead of submitting a return request, and we’ll help you get it sorted out.
You must keep all boxes, packing materials, etc. and provide us with photos of the damaged item and packaging, as required for the shipping carrier to inspect the materials before we can issue a refund or send a replacement.
